Passport Health has pre-booked our order of Flu Vaccine for the 2008-2009 Season. We are currently scheduling clients who want to pre-book at this time.
If we worked with your organization in 2007, we will be calling shortly to confirm for 2008. We were able to supply all of our clients with flu vaccine last year and don't anticipate difficulty for this coming season.

We do not accept any form of Medical Insurance including Medicare and Medicaid.

41 - 100 $23.50
101- 250 $22.50
251- over $22.00
500- over Call for Quote
Self Pay clinics are $25 per person regardless of the number of participants.
There is a 25 participant minimum charge for all on-site flu clinics
